Contacted wessex leak detection due to having a leak in our heating system. They responded back almost immediately made arrangements to come over the following day, amazing service found the leak fixed the leak. Left the bunglow clean and tidy. Highly recommend local company for bournemouth. Definitely 5 star service. THANKYOU SO MUCH.

Excellent service. Adrian explained things clearly when I phoned, written quote recieved shortly afterwards was equally detailed, and Lewis the engineer was really good at explaining everything when he arrived. Would certainly use again - but hopefully wont ever have too!

Amazing company, so helpful and couldn’t fault them. Adrian and Lewis are brilliant and got me hot water when I’d been without hearing and water for 2 weeks just before Christmas. Transparency and honesty at its best with excellent work ethic. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Engaged Wessex leak detection when I had a leak in our toilet. They spent 2hrs, struggled to find the leak and gave me a report that it could be in hot or cold water pipes and replace them all! Imagine the cost of doing that without knowing where the leak is! They charged £578 for this report. I had to engage another leak detection company. Within 45 mins they pointed out the exact llocation of the leak. Made me listen to the gurgling gas. Asked me to turn off the hot water after use until plumber could fix the leak. That saved a lot of damp. Plumber dug up the exact spot abd fixed the leak. Their report was so accurate. If Wessex had find it when they wetter cakes the damp damage could have been contained. Even after I shared the correct report they refused to accept that their report was inconclusive. That itself is unethical. This accounts to fraud.

Adrian was brilliant, as was the time of answering very early in the morning. Nothing fazed him, even my dogs and the steep stairs he had to go up and down many times. Thoroughly recommend.

I contacted Lewis to arrange an appointment with him due to a leak in my bathroom. Lewis explained all the stages he would go through to locate the leak. I was very impressed.
Lewis arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He located the leak within 2 hours and dealt with it.
I was shocked to see the amount of water that was leaking on to the floor under the bath. Lewis was very supportive in what was a very stressful situation for me.

Wessex Leak Detection is a specialist firm which uses the latest equipment to locate AND REPAIR leaks which others may find challenging to even locate.
Best of all, though, this company comes with Adrian and Lewis. They are “hard wired” to support their customers in every way they can. They bring unparalleled expertise coupled with empathy, humour, determination, energy and enthusiasm for the task and commitment to leave no stone unturned in their drive to reach a speedy and satisfactory conclusion.
I have had the pleasure of the company of these two Water Detection experts for some weeks as we were repeatedly told by the water company that I had a water leak in my house. Every method of leak detection was employed but no significant leaks could be discovered. Had there been a leak in the house it would have been found by Adrian and Lewis within a few hours. However, the water company maintained that a dramatic increase in water consumption was being caused by a leak within the house. Eventually Adrian and Lewis replumbed the house but without any improvement in the excessive water consumption. At that stage Adrian lent his expertise in support of my discussions with the water board. This resulted in further checks by the water authority who eventually discovered the leak was, after all in the mains pipe outside the house. This was only possible after Adrian was able to prove by frequent consumption meter readings over many days and re plumbing of the house that there were no significant leaks in the house.
Frankly, I have not met such incredible customer support often in my (long) lifetime. Adrian and his team are reliable, efficient, personable and a joy to have around when the “ chips are down”. I can not recommend them highly enough. Suffice to say, if you have a water leak you could not do better than to enlist Adrian’s help. He is a master at his specialisation, fairly priced, straightforward, honest, reliable and quick to respond. In a word a Water “Wizard”!

THANK GOODNESS For Wessex leak Detection!
I was advised to get a specialist with advanced leak detecting equipment when water starting coming up through the concrete floor and tiles in the kitchen.
The recommended national firm I phoned first couldn’t come for 2 weeks so I was lucky when I discovered locally based ‘Wessex leak detection.’
After a conversation with Adrian, his colleague Lewis was with us in 45 minutes!
Not only a speedy response but he was pleasant and knowledgeable and just cracked on...
Within 2 hours he had managed to detect, locate and repair the leak with as little disruption as possible. Removed all the excess water and concrete, hoovered up and advised us to allow to dry before he will return to screed the floor.
A report was then emailed to me for the insurance company as requested .

Adrian and Lewis attended on time and very efficiently identified the leak in a tiled concrete floor and exposed the pipework with the minimum of intrusion and repaired the leak. They were methodical and careful throughout causing the minimum of dust and then cleared up well. Excellent service.

Fantastic service and advice from Adrian and Lewis. Rang to see if they could help with a water leak under the tiling in the utility room floor and Adrian turned up within the hour. Found the leak quickly and repaired it. I would highly recommend Wessex Leak Detection.

Really efficient and effective service. 2 plumbers previously had given it a good go, but this company had the equipment to find the leak quickly and stop it. Great customer service; friendly, supportive, professional....and made clean and tidy afterwards which is always welcome 🙂

After months of frustration and many plumbers I was advised by my insurance company to contact a leak detection specialist. I have nothing but praise for Adrian and his professional approach to our very frustrating situation. He found two leaks and recommended an excellent plumber.

Adrian and the team were great. We had a leak which they correctly discovered and efficiently dealt with. Also a big plus is that they are local to us (in Wimborne) and part of a well established local firm (Canford Drains which is well known in the area). I was also recommended by my insurance broker to try another national firm (Polygon) which was approximately twice as expensive. Would totally recommend Wessex.

Had a leak in the incoming water main and no way of finding where it was. Service from Wessex was excellent using a tracer gas to find the leak and then repair the pipe. The job took all day so it doesn't come cheap but all the better that they were able to stay as long as it took until the problem was fixed.

Undertook a very thorough inspection of internal water pipes and external drains. Very impressed by the level of expertise and although unable to find a leak ( which was good news) provided good advice on how best to proceed with addressing our damp problem.

From my initial phone call and conversation with Mark I knew that I was dealing with a professional business. Adrian rang me straight back, discussed the problem and confirmed that he could attend the following morning. He arrived punctually and fully equipped with all the leak finding tools you could think of! It took a while due to other problems, but the leak was detected and suggestions given in respect of the new supply pipe I would need. I have to say that the service wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. In summary, this company delivers what it says it will - punctual, polite, professional. I would have no hesitation recommending them if you need to find an underground leak without digging up your property.

Can't speak more highly of the service Adrian at Wessex Leak Detection provided. Arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed a leaking pipe under a concrete floor and rechecked afterwardsfafterwards further leaks. No mess, kept us fully informed throughout and did an amazing job.
